template designer

Many thanks to Tina Chen whose Awesome template is now applied to this blog.  The new header is due to Tina's fine design work which allowed the blue on blue to work so well.  There are a few bugs I designed around relating to blog width adjustment but the template designer is far more transparent and organized.  Google unveiled the upgrade a few days back.
